| E-mail Aliases allow you to set up special
e-mail addresses that are used to automatically forward incoming e-mails to your current
e-mail account. For example, "sales@whatever.com", 'info",
"support", "webmaster", or whatever username you chose to alias will

| An autoresponder is an email address that when
e-mailed sends back a text message to the person that emailed the autoresponder. A good

'newsletter@whatever.com' and upload your newsletter in the autoresponder area. When
someone emails 'newsletter@whatever.com' they receive the newsletter in their e-mail
account (the newsletter e-mail account autoresponded using the newsletter as an e-mail
reply to the original e-mailer). |

| VISUALHORIZONS.NET is an example of a Domain
Name. In this example, the "VISUALHORIZONS" is the second-level Domain name, and
is registered with InterNIC, the Domain Registry. The "net" is the
top-level-Domain name and usually describes the purpose or the organization of the entity
that owns the second level Domain name. Once you own a Domain name, you can provide all
Internet services including personal or business Web Sites, Email, FTP & Telnet using
that Domain name or address. Other people buy Domain names for investment purposes. Domain
names are like real estate. Once you secure a Domain name no one else can use it without
your permission. You can develop the Domain name by adding content or you can just wait to
see if its value increases as more people join the Internet and are willing to pay for a
certain Domain name. |

| (File Transfer Protocol) -- is a very common
method of moving files between two Internet sites. FTP is a special way to login to
